II - 25.06.1982", obtained In-Person by a member of the Pontifical Swiss Guard, with small stains - in fine to very fine condition. Accompanied by a photograph of Pope John Paul II during the signing and an unsigned photo card of the John Paul II.

Karol Józef Wojtyla, better known as Pope John Paul II, was born on May 18, 1920, in Wadowice, Poland. He was the youngest of three children born to Karol Wojtyla Sr. and Emilia Kaczorowska.
Wojtyla lost his mother, father, and older brother before he turned 21, leaving him to rely on his faith to guide him through the many hardships he faced in his early years.
He studied philosophy at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and theology at the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Rome before being ordained as a priest in 1946.
In 1964, Wojtyla was appointed Archbishop of Krakow, and in 1978, he was elected as the first non-Italian Pope in more than 400 years, taking the name John Paul II.
During his 27-year reign as Pope, John Paul II traveled extensively, becoming known as the "Pilgrim Pope." He is remembered for his efforts to promote peace and reconciliation, as well as for his strict adherence to Catholic doctrine.
Pope John Paul II passed away on April 2, 2005, leaving behind a lasting legacy as one of the most influential religious leaders of the 20th century.
