Letter signed, 1 1/2 pages (both sides) - with blank integral sheet, 10 x 13,75 inch, Hanover (Germany), 3.09.1804, in French, to General Olivier Macoux Rivaud* - Bernadotte announces that "The Bremen Senate has accepted to make a loan of one million to the Hanover States ... please inform that I wish to have the first five hundred thousand paid in three weeks time ...
