Hergé Autograph

Typed letter signed, one page, 8,25 x 11,25 inch, `Studios Hergé` stationery (alongside a printed drawing of Tintin and Milou), Bruxelles, 21.10.1970, in French, to his editor Monsieur Louis-Robert Casterman - concerning the VAT, signed in dark ink "Hergé", attractively mounted (removable) for display with a photograph of Hergé (altogether 16,5 x 11,75 inch), with mild signs of wear to the upper edge and punched to the left edge (covered by the passepartout) - in fine condition. 

"Cher Monsieur Casterman,
      concerne : TVA
   Je vous prie de trouver ci-joint photocopie de la lettre dont je vous ai parlé ce matin au téléphone.
   C`est donc la consultation que nous a donnée Monsieur R. COLART.
Voulez-vous examiner les conclusions émises sur un sujet dont nous aurons à nous entretenir encore, dans le proche avenir ?
   Je vous prie, cher Monsieur Casterman, de croire à mes sentiments les meilleurs.

Translated:
"Dear Mr. Casterman,
      Regarding: VAT
   Please find enclosed a photocopy of the letter I mentioned to you this morning on the telephone.
   This is the consultation we received from Mr. R. Colart.
Would you be willing to review the conclusions reached on a subject we will be discussing again in the near future?
   Please accept, dear Mr. Casterman, my best regards.
